We’re so excited that you’re joining us! Here’s a quick guideline of how we communicate on this team. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask us at archery@usc.edu.

Band

We will be using Band for all event communications from team practices to workshops to fun hangouts. Band is a mobile or web app that allows us to coordinate the attendance of club members. If you are not yet in our Band group, here’s what you need to do:

1. Download the Band app on your phone and/or computer.
2. Join the group by clicking here!
3. Customize your profile. Set a nickname and put up a profile picture so we know it’s you!

Slack

The rest of the communication will take place through the Slack app. Like Band, Slack is also a mobile or web app. To get up and running with Slack, follow these steps:

1. Download the Slack app on your phone and/or computer.
2. Join the workspace by clicking here!
3. Customize your profile. Set a nickname and put up a profile picture so we know it’s you!

Facebook

We will occasionally be sending out team announcements through Facebook, but we are shifting away from this platform in favor of Band and Slack. Every announcement sent on Facebook will also be available through Band or Slack. If you would like, feel free to join our Facebook group by clicking here or searching for the “Trojan Archery Competitive Team”.
